Isabel Klein is a Seattle-based artist specializing in acrylic on canvas.
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, nature is a mainstay of her work, which is inspired by her hikes through Washington's Alpine Lakes Wilderness, Mount Rainier National Park, and Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest.
Rowing is another a common motif of her art. She competed as a coxswain for nearly 10 years, first at Green Lake Crew, then at the University of Washington Division-1 Men's Rowing Team. She aims to portray the beauty of the sport and its surrounding landscape through her paintings.
