Refund policy

Prints

Returns are not accepted for prints at this time, however if your order arrives damaged, please submit a request through the contact form and a replacement will be sent free of charge.

Original paintings

Non-custom original artwork may be returned for a refund within 14 days of arrival. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, and the artwork must be returned undamaged and in original condition. It is highly recommended that all artwork is insured during shipping in case of damage. 

 

Commissions

In the event a commissioning client does not wish to purchase the final artwork, they may refuse it. In this case, the Artist will retain the refused artwork and the non-refundable deposit.

There are no returns or refunds once the client takes possession of the artwork.
