Terms of service
In these terms and elsewhere on isabelklein.com, "I," "me," "my," and "the artist" refers to Isabel Klein, artist and owner of Isabel Klein Art.
Shipping & Delivery
The Customer is responsible for shipping costs, as indicated at checkout. Free local delivery or pickup is available for Seattle area customers (original paintings and commissions only) and can be requested at checkout. If artwork arrives damaged, please contact isabel.klein.art@gmail.com. Replacements, refunds, and repairs of damaged shipments may be available, subject to the Artist's discretion.
Returns & Refunds
Prints & Reproductions: Returns and refunds are not accepted for prints or other reproductions.
Non-custom Original Artwork: Non-commissioned original artwork may be returned within 14 days of arrival for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be shipped with insurance. Artwork must be returned undamaged and in original condition to be eligible for a refund.
Custom Commissioned Artwork: All commissioned artwork requires a non-refundable deposit before the Artist begins work. In the event the Client does not wish to purchase the final artwork, they may refuse it. In this case, the Artist will retain the refused artwork and the non-refundable deposit. There are no returns or refunds once the Client takes possession of the artwork
Copyright
The Artist retains copyright to all works (both non-custom and commissioned), including all reproduction rights. Artist may use photos of commissions and other custom artwork for promotional purposes, including after purchase. The Client/Customer may not reproduce, resell, or alter the artwork without written consent from the Artist.
