Saturday Morning Racing – Original Painting

Saturday Morning Racing is an original acrylic on canvas painting of the University of Washington Men's Rowing Team on a February morning practice on the Montlake Cut in Seattle. Every winter weekend the team ran scrimmages they call "Ham n' Eggers" to prepare for spring championships, and this painting captures that early-morning focus and motion on the water.
